Mr. Manoj Mishra, the Managing Director & Founder of the company has almost three decades of experience in Control Valve industry. Manoj is a highly experienced leader, and under his leadership Uniflow has gained reputation of being a high quality, trusted & innovative manufacturer. Also, with his sound business judgement, proven track record in strategic project deliveries, he has pioneered a new global business model and has transformed the Control valve industry. His vision is to make Uniflow a global leader in control valve segment.
Manoj has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation) from Mumbai University, India.
Travelling & Cricket are his other two big passions.
Puneet specializes in Business Analytics & IT Product development. With his knowledge in IT domain, he has embarked the Digital journey in Uniflow, covering all aspects about digital transformation, automation, infrastructure, security & operational excellence. Puneet understands, that being a rapidly growing company, its must for Uniflow to have user centric services, optimized processes & productivity by leveraging technology. Apart from IT, he manages strategy, finance, HR, branding & international partnerships.
Puneet graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Delhi University, India & holds a master’s degree in Information Technology, Bond University, Australia, where he majored in Database systems & Internet technologies.
He is a superb badminton player and loves cycling too.
Arun has vast experience in Production & development of Valves. He has experience of more than 2 decades in control valve industry for design, development, production, production planning and quality assurance. His expertise has enabled Uniflow to maintain high QA and on-time delivery standards. He has in-depth knowledge of control valve trim designing, metallurgy, sizing and selection, control valve accessories and actuator selection. Being working as a MR of the organization, he has good knowledge of QMS systems and PED requirements. He manages the factory setup with efficient way to maintain quality product with optimum delivery schedule.
Arun has a bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry) and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering both from Pune University, India.
He loves cricket.
