Our Corporate Social Responsibility Commitment

At Uniflow Controls Pvt. Ltd., we think that having a good influence on the communities and surroundings in which we operate is just as important as achieving business success. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) endeavors reflect our principles and our dedication to bringing about significant transformation. CSR encompasses a broad range of practices and initiatives that go beyond profit-making to include social, environmental, and economic considerations.

Our CSR Strategy

As part of Uniflow’s CSR strategy we have set clear goals and areas of impact we would like to engage ourselves in.

Few areas under Socio-Economic we have shortlisted are

  1. Contributions to Senior Housing
  2. Contributions to Orphanages
  3. Supporting Education for Underprivileged/Special Children

Soon, Uniflow even plans to form its own foundation which will work towards in all CSR’s areas. Going forward we plan to engage stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, and community members) in CSR initiatives. And then further integrate into the business practices of Uniflow. We would try and make CSR an integral part of the company’s operations and culture.

How We Contribute to Make a Difference

We believe that every person deserves care and assistance, which forms the foundation of our CSR strategy. We constantly work with neighborhood organizations to determine the most effective places for our donations. We want to establish a supportive environment where everyone can thrive by coordinating our efforts with the needs of orphanages and senior living facilities. Uniflow has made contributions towards various NGO’s and organizations which work in similar areas of impact where we want to bring change.
